Aversana at Hammock Bay

Intermittent water intrusion was plaguing a unit since construction took place almost 10 years earlier. Numerous attempts by painting and general contractors and other consultants to identify the source failed. Forge was contracted to provide onsite reconnaissance, investigation, and testing, which led to several areas identified as sources of the water intrusion. Remediation work under Forge's direction sealed the sources and eliminated the problem.
